Luxury and an under $25K base price tag, is easily an anomaly. But when it comes to Buick and their newest release, the Envista, a new age is born. This vehicle is outstanding, boasting a new design, new vehicle release on the shared Chevrolet Trailblazer frame and a new logo. Excellent styling brings the 2024 Buick Envista to Grasso’s Garage wrapped in Moonstone Gray Metallic with a Black interior, and Santorini Blue accents which showed out exceptionally.

The familiar 1.2L turbocharged 4-cylinder engine powers the Envista and does so very quietly and smoothly. Paired with the 6-speed automatic transmission, this was a great combination with minimal road noise. Shaping the Envista is similar to the Toyota Crown and its expanded hatchback length and egg-shape style which was really nice and new to this market of Compact SUVs. Interior-wise, the Envista shined. Super-spacious front cabin seating which encourages commuters and families congruently, proving General Motors and their brands are here to stay.

As the Envista comes in 3 different models in 2024 with the base Preferred model with a $23,495 base price, our tester, the Sport Touring with a $25,195 base price, and the upscale Avenir coming in just under $30K, makes this a great choice for many. All with front-wheel drive powertrain and ready to perform, the Envista boasts an 11” diagonal color HD touchscreen infotainment system, while options include moonroof, heated seats, etc.

As Buick continues to develop and release new vehicles to the market fleet in 2024, they are off to an amazing start. The Buick Envista Sport Touring is a great SUV for many and with the sticker price, even more so. Our tester was very comfortable, spacious and certainly deserving of a chart-topper in the Compact SUV. Welcome back Buick, we are so glad you are here, and with the Envista, here to stay!
